The Harmony Collective is a group program with ADHD education, community, and practical coaching to help ADHD folks thrive.
If you want to thrive with ADHD, you need rhythms, support, and education.
Without them, you can feel like you’re driving a car that’s trapped in a snowbank—you’re giving it everything you’ve got, the wheels are spinning, and you’re not going anywhere. You push and push, smoke is pouring out, things start to smell weird, and… you’re breaking down.
It might look like running around, trying to find that other sock, already late for work because you slept in…
because you forgot to charge your phone…
because you stayed up all night scrolling online…
stressed about work the next day.
The internet is full of tips and hacks on managing ADHD, and some of them are super helpful! Others, not so much.
But, it’s really hard to actually implement anything on your own.
This is why I’ve built The Harmony Collective.
I work with ADHD folks because I’ve got it, too. And because I have ADHD, I understand the dread and overwhelm on a Monday morning when getting stuff done feels like too much.
I’ve spent enough time beating myself up for who I am and how I function that I had to learn a different way.
I have developed this group program using my extensive training and experience as a therapist and coach for individuals with ADHD.
I LOVE the group process because I love seeing ADHD adults feel grounded, clear-headed, and confident.
What we do
Right now, we are focusing on strategies to get things done, how ADHD impacts all relationships, and the link between ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
In The Harmony Collective, we run through different skills in an annual cycle. You can stay for one year, or you’re welcome to hang out with us long as you’d like the support and community.
- Around three months in, you’ll see growth in your relationships.
- After six months, you’re going to see improvement in your sleep, eating habits, and exercise routines.
- And after a year, you’re going to feel hopeful, confident, and ready to take on whatever life throws your way.
I don’t have any contracts forcing you to stick around. If you’re here for a week and decide it’s not right for you, you’re free to go!
What to expect:
We have two calls a week and a WhatsApp chat.
Participation in any of these is optional, but the more you participate, the more growth you experience.
Monday mornings from 9:30-10am EST is a quick weekly planning study hall. Clients love this support and feel like it helps them get on top of their weeks.
We connect throughout the week in our WhatsApp chat, checking in about progress towards goals and encouraging one another.
Friday mornings at 11:30am EST is a group coaching call. We talk about ADHD brains, strategies, and get practical coaching and guidance.
